Had a wonderful Christmas break at a hotel with stunning views of the town. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to the local market and taxi stand. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Special thanks to Rinki and Abhinav at the reception, who were outstanding with their service. the rooms included a heater and prompt service from Mr Bisht, who was very kind and amiable.
The hotel's walkway is a bit sloped and uncomfortable to walk on, especially for those with mobility problems. Unfortunately, there were no kettles provided in the room, which made it inconvenient for tea or coffee drinkers.

It was great because we could easily explore the local shops and attractions. the staff at the reception, Rinki and Abhinav, were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the beautiful views from the hotel added to the overall experience. the prompt service provided by Mr Bhupendrasingh Bisht was highly appreciated.
One minor drawback was that there was no kettle facility in the room provided to us.

Enjoyed breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling market and taxi stand. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Rinki and Abhinav at the reception, and Bhupendrasingh Bisht on the floor, made our stay a delightful experience. We appreciated the swift and obliging service, especially in getting a heater and drinking water.
Regrettably, we did not have a kettle in our room. the entry walkway could be hazardous since it is an uncomfortable slope that feels slippery, necessitating the installation of steps.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful views from our room were breathtaking. The location was very convenient, as it was centrally located and very close to the market. We also appreciated the fact that there was a taxi stand just outside the hotel, making transportation very easy. Additionally, the hotel was surprisingly silent and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere.
Nothing, it is perfect.
